Like many other items in Naxx 10-man. This fang looks like it's the "updated" version of one of the old Naxx items.

by the time you get to naxx10 you should already have been able to come by a couple https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=37856 and/or https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=44166 rendering this dagger all but useless in PvE terms. however, using this dagger for PvP for a while is 100% acceptable in my book.

This one, sadly enough, is still worse in PvE than Omen of Ruin MH and Librarian's Paper Cutter OH for a cookie-cutter Mutilate spec rogue. The good news though: 3.1 will, according to a blue post, probably bring some changes to the poison proc mechanics to make slower daggers like these more viable to Mutilate builds, so don't shard it yet.

This dagger would be seen as more of a PvP dagger, because of its speed. But just as Cawfee said, they are bringing in some poison proc changes. But for PvP wise i say its a win, because of the high burst damage.

Here is a nice looking transmogrification set that may fit well with this weapon, give or take =)

Head: Couronne de Malorne(Druid)
Shoulder: Spallières vigoureuses
Chest: Gilet imposant
Waist: Ceinture vigoureuse
Hands: Garde-mains vigoureux
Legs: Pantalon imposant(possibly)
Feet: Croquenots vigoureux

I was unable to locate anything else, or think of anything else that may fit to this set. If you want me to add to this set, please upvote or downvote this post and I will come check to see what has been posted. Keep in mind that these pieces are all leather. This list needs some Head and Back slot ideas.

Thanks for any input to help add (or remove) any of the items on this list.

A friend of mine and I have been doing this dungeon for months, once a week and the Knife of Incision hasn't dropped, still.... Has anyone else had this problem?
