Quest has changed significantly in Cataclysm. Instead of following the vision, you now become the vision and take wolf form to travel to the new village called camp Sungraze. This new village is located at 49,17. For those without coords this camp is located halfway between the Wildmane Waterwell and Red Rocks and appears on the new maps.

Important note: The follow-up (Wildmane Totem) does NOT require you to finish this. If you abandon this quest after drinking the water, and want to pick it up again, make sure you don't have Wildmane Totem in your quest log. This quest will not be available if you have Wildmane Totem in your log.

After the cataclysm, you no longer follow the wolf to see Seer Wiserunner in the cave. Infact, if you go to the cave, you can see hes become a rare-spawn mob thats part of the Twilight's Hammer: Doomsayer Wiserunner.
