I swore I could have learned polearms at <10. It was 1 g at the time, and I remembered that was a lot for me!

But all polearms, expect this one, starts at lvl 20. So, I don't know

as someone has already pointed out this is bind on pickup (so u cant give or trade it), and as a lvl 1 couldnt even get the quest let alone complete it, it doesnt need to have a lvl requirement

Okay listen, try to understand. The reason for the polearm NOT having a minimum lvl requirement is simply because you can NOT obtain this quest until you're lvl 48. Hence you CAN NOT obtain the mace until you're atleast lvl 48 and have completed the quest. Now you might think, "hmm well, someday i'll get lucky and get it on a random mob-drop..." But NO that is not going to happend, cuz the ONLY way to get this polearm is thru this quest.

I picked this cause it showed the best rate out of the 3 crap items for Lesser Eternal Essence... then I get 2 Dream Dust.

Although this weapon does not have a level requirement, it is a reward from a ~level 50 quest (and binds on pickup). Hence you can only really obtain and use it from that level onward.
