For Alliance, there is a small path north between 2 buildings near the bridge into the base camp. The NPC there accepts these. Hope this helps someone else because I had trouble finding it at first.

Is there any difference between turning in 5 crystals at once or you need to turn them in one by one to help summoning of your factions forest lord?

The NPC that takes these is Arch Druid Renferal, and is located at 42,13. The path to him is on the left side of the Dun Baldr North Bunker as you're looking at the front of the Bunker.

Don't try to save these or the armor scraps. I thought I would save some since I joined an instance that was practically lost to help get a head start on the next one I joined. Log back in ready to go Alterac and I have no Storm Crystals or armor scraps. Got all my Tauren hoofs though! Yeah Baby! lol

I couldn't find it using the directions above, it's a bit of a pain to find...
So here goes:

Cross the huge bridge into the alliance base.

Follow the road.

Turn right /before/ you get to the 3 guys accepting troll mojo, hooves and armor.

Don't go into the building there (it has an owl or something inside it). Instead go to the left of the building.

Follow the path to victory!

I'm actually considering doing just that.

Doign alot fo AV to grind up exodar rep.

Also do the newly introduced quests though. There are a few Blood elves and Daenei added to some cities for the expansion. Try looking for them and doing their quests.

For the horde, the guy in grom gol gives you two quests to kill 2 level 35ish mobs. Took me 10 minutes. Got 500 rep and 1.5G. :) Out looking for alliance equivalents now. :)

Edit: Incidentally, everything that gives you faction rep, gives you 20% of every other faction.
So 100 Org rep will gives you 20 rep with TB/UC/DST/Silvermoon.
100 IF rep = 100 IF, then 20 SW/Gnm/Darn/Exodar rep.

So any high rep quest is worth doing for Exodar more than handing in stuff.

Does anyone know how many Storm Crystal we need to get druids ready to go summon?

u need 250 Strom Crystals to summon tree lord so u wil need some time to get them

This Summons Ivus the Forest Lord!

turn in the Storm Crystals to the Druid Circle in Dun Bardar or whatever the alliance town is.
It's behind the first building to the right when you cross the bridge. There's a little path that leads to 4 druids.
