Very easy to get from Maraudon. I believe it's the first boss in the instance, and only takes a moment to kill. It says 30% drop rate, but when I did it I had one drop each time. The +10 NR is incredibly useful. Since it isn't unique, go ahead and get 2 of them.

since it is non unique you can have two :) +20 Nr ftw also this is very effective on ridding yourself of crippling poisons from rogues. One can easily escape a rogues range if they break free from their stuns and use this to get away quicker.

For a new guild that is just entering the AQ raid instances, Nature Resist will be your best friend, but without access to the high rep armor such as the Bloodvine Armor. Your going to be looking for other ways to fill that NR gap and this trinket can help in that quest.

It drops from Noxxion in Maraudon's Orange Side.
Has a fairly high chance to drop so your looking at maybe a few runs to get 2 of these.
Also Noxxion drops a wand that for casters can add a few more NR points. https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=17745

The fight is fairly simple.
At points in the fight he will split into smaller water elementals, just AoE them down, they are non elite and when all are destroyed Noxxion will reappear in his larger form.

Good NR trinkets for AQ40. They aren't unique so you can have two, but they share the same cooldowns.

Although very good for NR in AQ raid instances, it is equally usefull in Naxx fights such as Grand Widow Faerlina, who shoots a poisin volley that can potentially kill a low health cloth wearer if not dispelled quickly.

This trinket does not remove blind or wyvern sting, however it does remove the highest level of crippling poison without any fizzle.

This item still in fact works on level 70 poisons, or at least things 64+. Still worth carrying around.

Maybe mines broken, but this thing only works about 1/6th of the time. I asked a GM(usless) and he told me it was working as intended(they're favorit line). So don't waist to much time trying to get it.

Noxxion is an element boss in the orange side of maraudon he is about half way through it is a nice thing and drops alot so not hard to get he is lvl 47 elite i think

Actually There are other ways to remove poison. Like First Aid Anti Venom and strong anti venom. But the strong anti venom works tell level 40 I believe. SO the next step would be to get your first aid up to three hundred and you can get a recipe for a anti venom that works till 60.

One of the few items with nature resist.

This has a +10 nature resist, and a very nice ability.

This is your perfect Zul'Gurub or AQ trinket.

Drops off Noxxion, the first boss of orange side in Mauradon.

Farmable with 3 level 60's. You can walk by all the mobs up to him. Very quick and easy.

Very desirable item.

I'm an all blue troll combat rogue. I soloed this trinket with a couple of buffs and a trinket.

You want to have a minimum buff of Prayer of Fortidude and a Nature Protection Potion. You can get a MoTW if you want as well. Greater Nature Pots will absorb more, but the Greater Pots are much more expensive. Make sure you bring along your Barov Peasant Caller trinket too. Drink the Nature Pot as soon as you zone to eat up the 2 minute cooldown.

This fight has a few stages. Initially, all you want to do is dps Noxxion down so he splits up into 5-6 non-elites. You should to take minimal damage here because all of Noxxion's attacks are nature based and the potion should absorb them. You shouldn't use any cooldowns here. (Exception being a troll rogue could use berserking.)

When he initially splits use the Barov Peasant Caller immediately. They should draw a few of the non-elites off of you and allow you to kill the spawns while taking little damage.

After Noxxion reforms pop evasion and adrenaline rush. Do as much damage as you can while these effects are up. If you are lucky you will kill him in this stage.

If you don't finish him in time a second round of spawns appears. Use your blade flurry at this point and kill the spawns quickly. Noxxion should be down to his last sliver of life when he reappears. Hurry up and kill him already, loot your shackles/wand DE them and reset the instance.

If you think at any point you are going to die vanish and sprint away, because its a long corpse run and Orgrimmar is 2 flight paths away for rebuffs. You will probably be DOTed but the sprint should give you enough time to get out of aggro range before it procs you out of stealth.

Something to remember is that any effects you place on Noxxion are dispelled when he splits into the spawns. USE DIRECT DAMAGE ONLY. The only exception to this would be to garrote him at the beginning fo the fight if you don't like ambushing and switching to swords/maces.

Two combat rogues should be able to burn him down quickly without any pots, nature or healing.

Elixir of Poison Resistance

These babies only cost a few silver a use (large venom sac + bruiseweed, both very cheap mats), will cure up to four level 60 poisons, only have a 3 second cooldown, and do NOT share cooldowns with normal potions, making them an ideal poison removal tool that everyone should use.

Especially compared to first aid's version, which literally costs a gold or more per use for the huge venom sac.

Save yourself the trinket slot and use these instead. They are primo in the BGs too for removing crippling poison and viper sting. If only they removed hamstring too...

I farmed Noxxion last night for about 1.5 hrs. There was only 2 of us. My 60 priest and 60 rogue. We walked all the way to him. I had the rogue do all the fighting and i just healed. We got 2 hearts of noxxion, 2 noxxion shackles(plate) and 2 wands(+5 NR).

I just spent 90 minutes on my Rogue farming these with a Lock. In 5 kills we got 4 of them. I was all set to DE the 3rd one when we noticed they weren't unique, so we got 2 each. And yeah, we were farming NR gear specifically for AQ.

Hey - I just had an interesting thought; Has anyone ever tried to use this while 'Blinded' by a rogue? I know you can't cleanse.. but I do know you can use an anti-stun trinket while stunned..

Soooooo.. because the rogue "blind" ability is a poison effect (cleanseable by a paladin so long as the one needed cleansing isn't the paladin himself) ... can this be used to break a rogue's favorite time to bandage?

I don't have the trinket, so I don't know myself - I've considered trying to get it just to find out though. If anyone could save me the trouble (because they already have it) post here?

Useful for spider wing in naxxramas. The trash pulls put a DoT on you that ticks for 2500 dmg every 3 seconds.

Soloable for a 60 mage, just bring a greater nature pot.
And... a crap load of nature resist.

220 seam to do the trick nicely.

Very nice nr, as a lv 60 druid I just easly went to him several times and soloed him to get the trinket twice, very nice for Ayamiss and Buru NR for aq20 and nice nr for aq40 royal family fight, and about nr for zg... there really isnt a fight where you wear nr over your good gear.

I was going to check the boss out with a Warrior.

I ended up with 2 of em trinkets from 3 kills. after that we did all bosses in the rest of the instance.. so Yes! it is possible for chars without stealth.!

at 60 i can brush up agaisnt the mobs and not aggro, but still keeping along the wall and timing makes it even less likey to pull anything. even if you do pull a mob they are not that hard to kill.

Now that Luffa has been nerfed, it is only a matter of time before Blizzard does a number on this trinket as well. Oh well, it'll still be worth going after if only for the nature resistance.

You can use two trinkets, although when used they share cooldown.

These are nice to farm now by people who are aiming high for AQ40. I have problems soloing Noxxion with my warrior (even though he's full epic dps geared). But with a healer it's no problem. You can walk in to him without aggroing any other mobs. And a short walk to lashlayer afterwards is worth it also for the belt and shoulders.

There are a few options for removing poison effects for classes/races that don't have a poison removal ability (i.e. Dwarf racial Forme de pierre or a Druid's Abolir le poison, Shaman's Guérison du poison or Paladin's Purification, etc):

Anti-venin (created by First Aid; learned from Trainer).
Sérum anti-venin supérieur (created by First Aid; learned from Manuel : Sérum anti-venin supérieur).
Remède tropical (dropped by certain NPCs in Stranglethorn Vale).
Coeur de Noxcion (dropped by Noxcion).
Potion de restauration (created by Alchemy; learned from Les réactifs des Terres ingrates II or Les réactifs des Terres ingrates II).

NOTE: Remède tropical and Potion de restauration start the Potion CD, whereas Anti-venin and Sérum anti-venin supérieur do not, so they are the superior choice for removal. Coeur de Noxcion requires you to give up a trinket slot, but if the poison was longer than the 30secs it takes to CD after you equip, you could keep it in your bags to remove poisons without needing to carry other items.
