This item (along with other Symbols of Unending Life set items) can be replaced if destroyed by the same NPC that gave the reward originally.

If you need bag space you can destroy it without remorse.

I think this ring is nice for hybrids, who often swich between casting/healing and melee in your feral forms.

The cape and mace, too, are great for hybrids. I can't say this for myself though, since I clearly seperate my feral and healing gear.

For a +mana/5 build, this ring is better than most pre-Naxx rings. I use the AQ40 Brood ring and this, and I can't complain.

Pretty solid PvP ring. You can always mix caster and pure feral items if you play 1/29/21, but it is generally more efficient to equip hybrid items, and this is a very high quality one.
