This can be a somewhat costly bag to make. The Greater Planar Essence and Netherweb Spider Silk are relatively straightforward, but the Spellcloth has a long production chain and is costly to make.

One Spellcloth requires:

One Bolt of Imbued Netherweave requires:

3x Bolt of Netherweave
2x Arcane Dust

One Bolt of Netherweave requires:

6x Netherweave Cloth

So in total, you require the following components to make this bag:

60x Mote of Fire
60x Mote of Mana
4x Greater Planar Essence (12x Lesser Planar Essence)
4x Netherweb Spider Silk
12x Arcane Dust
108x Netherweave Cloth

Additionally, in order to make spellcloth a 4-day cooldown is required. In light of this, you may want to consider the more economical Big Bag of Enchantment.

Hm, my old 24 slot bag never got full, and even if it does I can still send the stuff to an alt and leave it in the mailbox to return it instantly if needed. For a single player it's not worth the cost, but maybe you'll want one on your guildbank.

This bag can be hard to come by, and very expensive. Hope you have a Spellfire Talior in your guild, or as a friend, because this bag frees up alot of room for you. This bag is great for an Enchanter that is serious.

Overkill on bag space but i guess there are some out there who do more enchanting than i do. so i can see them useing it.. mann 28 slots.. ..

As any other profession-bag (e.g. Bag of Jewels, Bag of Many Hides, Mycah's Botanical Bag , Reinforced Mining Bag etc.), it is unique-equipped in the inventory but not in the bank, you can place as many as possible of it in the bank slots.

Note that you can't replace a normal container with any profession-bag if there is already one of the same type in the bank.
You'll have to clear the bag slot first in order to place it in there.

As of 2.3, it holds motes and primals.

It's most likely a bug, or all the bags do it and I'm unawares.

Yes, All Primals and Essences also fit in enchanting bags now. I bought one last night for my disenchanting alt off the AH for 150 gold just to stick non-standard enchanting mats in it. You can also include Ichor's of undeath, elemental fire, and elemental earth.

Elemental air WON'T go in them.

Ye wouldn't really farm the mats for these as I see it-
If your an enchanter you'll come by the Greater Planar Essence easy enough,
If you happen to be a tailor as well; which alot of enchanters are it seems;
Then ye just collect your cloth every four days and you will have it before you know it.
The 4 Netherweb Spider Silk is the only thing on this list I would take as something you would have to go out of your way to farm or buy on the AH.
To me this is just somehting you get in the background of day to day grind.

Just to clarify on what CAN be placed in an enchanting bag:
Enchanting Rods
Enchanting Formulas.
Enchanting Materials.
Primals and Motes.
Primal Nethers.
Essences and most Elementals. (What can be placed and what can't in this category is based strictly on if its required for an enchanting formula.)

Nether Vortexes cannot be placed in here.

This is a great bag. Though i find it quite annoying that you cant store your Wizards oils in it :/
Would make the bag alot more usefull.

The tailoring specialists are all in the lower city near the scryer tier.

It was strange because I got a drop for the recipe from one of the sunfury BE's in Netherstorm

I tried for a fe days to sell one I had made. I figured this bag would sell better than a soulshard pouch. Well In general my advice is to just sell cloth if your thinking of making one to sell. The cloth sells much quicker. This sold for 400g after 3 days, and the Ah got a 20g cut. So all in all i got 381g, but would have got just as much basically from the mats.

Total costs of making this:

Bolt of Netherweave Cloth = 6x Netherweave Cloth

Spellcloth = Bolt of Imbued Netherweave + Primal Fire + Primal Mana

6x Spellcloth + 4x Greater Planar Essence + 4x Netherweb Spider Silk = Spellfire Bag

When you simplify this, you need:

102x Netherweave Cloth
12x Arcane Dust
6x Primal Fire
6x Primal Mana
4x Greater Planar Essence
4x Netherweb Spider Silk

Now you just need to find out the prices.

You forgot about a time required to craft spellcloth which is the most valuable asset.
Cooldown, especially when you are not spellcloth specialist, is pain in the ass. Most of mats you can farm but not a time. It is like difference between BG stuff and Arena stuff. It requres time.

All of this makes that more convenient is to buy spellcloth rather than to make it from Primal Fire+Mana, unless you want to wait a few *real* weeks.

I just got this off of a Sunfury guy in Netherstorm. I was freaking out, all excited and stuff because I never get &*!@ like this to drop. Then I check Thottbot to read some notes and such, then I see it can be bought from a vendor... Eh, life is cruel.
