I got one of these on Valentines day, I was wondering how on earth I got him. I thought he just followed random people.

there are two very funny things about this item which were prolly not intended:

1) if you jump while casting this item, it will not consume the arrow, so you can spam the peddlefeet pet on as many people as you want to until the valentine's day event is finished.

2) it can be used on players of the opposite faction and it is not counted as a pvp action. therefore you can use it to mark enemy rogues/druids who are attempting to stealth or vanish, without even needing to pvp-flag yourself. of course no rogue or feral druid in his right mind would try to sneak around in a pvp situation with a vanity pet following him, yet blizzard has apparently seen fit to give us one that we can force upon enemy players.

Great for griefing Rogues and getting away with it. The thing doesn't go away when they stealth

when you turn in your Horde or Allince gift to Kwee, you get the choice of (5) sliver shafted Arrows, or (5) handfuls of rose petals.

There is a small bug with arrows as of 1.9.3

Target a player, move out of sight, and fire the arrow.

The hideous cherub will still appear, but you won't expend the arrow!
