This just dropped for me (Termi) and Kai on the same run in scholo off of two bosses. It only seems to do +23 or so to flash heals (roughly 43% of 53).

Barov and the Butcher in scholo. Indeed it does up to 53 heal, which means it does 23 on every flash of light (1.5/3.5x53). Got it a few mins ago..simply great..imo best item to get for a healadin from a 5 man instance

Just dropped for me tonight off of Malicia in Scholo. Agree it needs a class tag. Tho you'd think "Flash of Light" would be enough idiot proofing. Finally something to replace egan's blaster lol

I have the libram of grace from AQ40, but for the main coarse fights I would go for this, except @ chromaggus, huhuran, and firelords, but would suck to equip and un-equip it each time for a firelord.

I got it last night from the butcher in Scholo. Must be a new thing coz been there loads on never seen or know of it droping.
Anyway it is cool, works well. Best for a healing pala as i am.

This seems to be a random mini-boss drop much like deathbone. It drops off any of the 6 mini-bosses in Scholo. Just picked mine up today.

When it first dropped at one of the mini-bosses I was like "Woohoo!"

Then it dropped another time...and we were wth! So we de'd...

Then it dropped a 3rd time...we de'd again.

3 in one run.

The drop rate on this is rather high. Every Paladin in my guild has one.

It says it adds up to 53 on Flash of Light directly, which means it doesnt need to go through the 43% exchange thing. If it was just healing or dmg and healing why would they say 53 to FLASH OF LIGHT?

i just witnessed three of these drop in scholo. i picked the first up, and since i was only pally, we DE'd the other two... would have traded the last two for deathbone chest piece.

Dropped twice today in Scholo. I was the only pally in the party so the other one got DE'd.

I only wish i hadn't been so hungover after the England footie game yesterday, because the deathbone sabatons dropped too, and like a nub I passed. :(

did scholo today and this dropped off 4 mini bosses i think everyone in our group got one in the end we though it was funny. I think the drop rate is rather too high would have prefered deathbone myself as i alread have 2 peices of that.

If this thing has such a high drop rate, I would have at least seen one drop in any of the four Scholo runs I've done in the past two days.

We were doing a Charger Pally run through scholo and decided to just do the whole thing. First one dropped of a boss, i got it :-D. Next boss another one dropped. The other pally got it. Third one dropped and no pallys left to use it, so we rolled for it. This is like my 5th time doing scholo, first time seeing any of them. What's said above is most likly truthful, as items drop in clumps it appears (not only for this one).

This is a relic, and priests can use wands, and like so many allready commented, flash of light, pally spell.

This is a great item for MC or any other raid that pallies have to heal on. Any item that can be added to healing and not take the place of something else if great in my opinion. Just have to get the time to run scholo now. Good luck pallies!

WOW DUDe it dropped 3 times also in scholo we had a pally and i got one, the pally already had one, warlock got one, and hte mage got one. Gosh im sick of this tome

Ran Scholomance twice in the last two weeks and haven't seen it drop yet.

Not so common as this thread leads one to believe.

This thing must either be elusive or drop in scores.

12 scholo runs and this thing hasn't dropped for me once! Guildies say that it has dropped for them up to 4 times in 1 run! WoW hates me.

I got this item in my first run with my lvl 60 Paladin a couple of days ago in Scholomance.
btw if you arn't a paladin, the word "libram" is red, meaning you cant use it. So it's not for priests and druids, but for paladins, and yes we do need +healing!

i have used it once but didnt notice if it changed the range of my flash of light

can i use it again if it drops? does it stack or not?

The way this libram works is the same way blessing of light works. If your flash of light heals for the maximum amount of healing (383 on flash rank 6) then you will get all 53 extra healing. Same thing for blessing of light. If flash of light hits for the maximum you will get all 115 extra healing from blessing of light. Now for +healing from gear it takes into account the spell cast time which I believe flash of light has a 43% coefficent (please correct me if im wrong).

i did scholo for like 15 times already and still it didnt drop once i mean WTF...i ask paladins how many times they did scholo to get it and they say aroun 1-3 runs but no i need to do like 100 or something....

i think the drop rates must have changed in the last patch, ive done scholo 3 times sice then and its drop 3 times each run of those mini bosses befor gandling.

and yes i could have been extreamly lucky (or not since no one needed it) but 2% devided by 2% by 2% and on 2 consecutive runs means the chance of that is about the same as winning the lotto

Compared to wands or bows, librams are a joke. High end wands come with addheal or damage, spellcrit, stamina and/or intelligence. Look at the "high end" librams and laugh (except maybe for the tanking libram). I would prefer a wand with stamina, addheal AND a third stat over ANY f*cking libram out there, that has only ONE stat (and that stat ONLY working under certain circumstances)! Why don't pallies get anything that is COMPAREABLE to a wand or a bow? Give us a libram with int/stam AND addheal like priests can get.

I was the only paly in the group and this thing dropped three times. I checked the % rate, which seems very low. And to have it drop three times...wow. But no helm, so it's back to Scholo for me.

Drops in scholo on the bosses before Gandling. Think all may have a chance to drop as there were 2 dropped in the same run, one from butcher and one from alexi barov

5 dropped on my run....5. I got one and then the reast went to a hunter, a mage, a rogue, and a warrior.....lol Crazy. 3 dropped off the raveican. Think there is some kind of glitch. Read a bunch of earlier posts where this kind of thing happened.

Does this add a flat 53 plus healing to FoL, or is the 53 affected by the casting time modifier? So does it add 53 or 53*(1.5/3.5)

As per the blue post about content phases, this will only be introduced in Phase 5 as part of the loot revamp.
