Great quest reward. Keep these with you, don't vendor them. These are great for farming motes of water because you can go underwater and not have to worry about breath!

If you run out, you can still use Water Breathing Potions or Noggenfogger to breath underwater.

Yea, these would be way useful if you could buy them or just have it as a repeatable quest after finishing the first one.
