Thanks to all who've told us where the enchanting trainer is, but the enchanting pattern is for a _Runed_ Fel Iron rod. Where do you get the smithing pattern to make the item this is a comment for?

Edit: Found it. Grand Master Blacksmith, either Thrallmar or Honor Hold.

Boy, was I glad to find out that Fel Iron Rods only cost around 6g on the Auction house after spending 200g trying to make that Runed Arcanite rod.
