Easy farming mats for these great buffs, I farmed 20 in a little over 30 minutes over in Blade's edge mountain (prot warr lol). I don't notice any questers killing my mobs like in Hellfire peninsula.

Very easy to farm in Hellfire Peninsula at either around 38,87 or around 22,64. Collect the 'Ravager Flesh', which has about a 49-50% drop chance from all these mobs, and cook it yourself - or have another chef prepare it for you. This is excellent food Rogues and Hunters, unless you want the +20 Agility ones instead.

If you're a Warrior, Shaman or Paladin i might recommend farming for Roasted Clefthoof instead, since Strength also increases the amount of damage your block with your shield - and you'll still get the +40 AP.
