Just bought this recipe from Nula the Butcher in Garadar (Horde). After checking for it repeatedly over a number of days, this is the the first time I've seen it for sale. Unlimited supply.

Perhaps availability has something to do with the time of day. It was shortly after 12AM server time when I got it. Try then.

This recipe was not initially available, but can now be found the respective "home" cities for each faction. Alliance - Uriku, Horde Nula.

Yes, you can buy it in Nagrand if you're alliance. About time.

Requires Cooking (325) and costs 3g.

FOr horde u need to have reputation in garadan to have these 4 recipes in Nagrand. I got this from a person that have reputation, so i bought 4 for 30g from him. But still worth it.

I can't seem to find this Uriku anywhere in Telaar. Where do I look for him/her?

Uriku won't sell to me. I'm an alliance Nightelf, but all the NPC's in that town are red for me. Are they affiliated with the Scryers?

For anyone who can not find Uriku but doesn't have a mod for coordinates (Judging by an previous post) head out of the Inn and down the path toward the large crystal. Halfway between the crystal and the Inn you can make a right down a path heading towards a building with the stable master and three sleeping cats to the right. Uriku is to the left of this building.
