At this current moment in WoW with the running lifebloom stacks. You can use this trinket + essence of the martyr (Heroric Badges) and get a rolling lifebloom for an absoulte shit load :D

Great for any healing class (13 mp5 yes) but greatest imo for a druid because of the stacking lifebloom bonuses!!

This is the best mp5 trinket for non-JC'ers until Tome of Diabolic Remedy, which drops in Zul'Aman.
Use this trinket together with Essence of the Martyr. They don't have shared cooldown, so you can use them both at same time and gain a total of 579 extra bonus healing for 20 seconds!

I've been to heroic Mana-Tombs 8x now and no trinket. I may just give up and wait for the one from Void Reaver.

I got this last night and replaced my Scarab of the Infinite Cycle. I like the mp5 better than the hast proc on my priest since it seems to be wasted so often.
