That is an incredible raiding caster ring. There aren't many rings out there that can match it for damage, crit, AND hit. A ton of stats, too.

I have this and only one thing I can say about it.
It's insanely good.
Sitting at +1100 fire damage as deep fire unbuffed, this is still the only blue piece I still have in my PvE gear. Considering I don't raid anymore, I don't think there will ever come a time that I'll change it before WotLK.

This is the best blue ring currently in game and it's better than a LOT of epic rings.

According to Thottbot, this only drops in Heroic CoT1: Durnholde about 6% of the time.
