One of 5 green gem recipes "added" in Patch 2.1 -- unfortunately without adding any means to obtain it. :-/

UPDATE! :) Recipes are available as of Patch 2.2!

The drop locations are not fully understood at this time. The recipes are BOE, which tends to mean "world drop" in TBC, but so far they've only been found off mobs in Blade's Edge Plateau.

The design for this dropped for me off one of the four 72 elite dragons in Blade's Edge. I farmed those 4 for cloaks and shards for about an hour today. Got one of these and another JC recipe that both wowhead and thottbot listed as not being in the game:

I think this design doesn't exist. I've never seen it, but I have seen a Great Dawnstone. Two different gems.

This is now in the game, I got mine off the AH, however someone else mentioned the BEM dragons dropping it, so may be a world drop or specific mobs. (Design is green rarity)
