Horde can train this and many other new recipes at Kalaen in Thrallmar, Hellfire Peninsula. Confirmed requires 325 Jewelcrafting.

I love using these on my disc/holy priest. They are a great filler because Spirit and +healing are my main stats, and if I ever need one, I almost always happen to have the mats on me. If not, they are very easy to get for cheap. All my red and blue slots are filled up with these until I hit 70 and get some real gear.

The Jaggal pears sells for 50s each on Ravencrest,
and the Purified Draenic Water is buyed in 5 stacks at any Innkeeper in outlands for 64s (depents on rep discount).

Edit: you can learn it from Jazdalaad in Netherstorm, but he teaches you only if you're an Aldor. Additionally, he teaches the extact same stuff as the trainer in Shattrath. Hope this helps.

This is thaught by JC trainer in Honor Hold for alliance or Thrallmar for horde.

The JC trainer is located inside the inn in both camps.

..but at what skill do you learn this?
