one thing that should be noted is the fact that you can use any persons use of totemic beacon to finish quest even enemy players the ghost wolf that spawns doesn't show a race and speaks any language

If you lose your totem speak to the Earthen Ring Elder or contact a GM, they should replace it for you.

totemic beacon said to me that i need to me in the zoram strand i think and that place is in ashenvale far left on the cost dont go if u dont have twilight correspon.... something

Looks like this is another quest item that you dont need cluttering up your bag after the quest.

I tossed mine since the Q'giver doesnt need it back, the vendors dont want it and disenchanting doesnt work.

(Part of the summer festival)
1. Go to 16,20 in Ashenvale.
2. Kill the dudes in the red suits. They drop the twilight letter at about a 50% drop rate.
3. Click on the Totemic Beacon
4. Talk to the wolf and collect 5x blossoms.
5. Move on to the next quest.

Second conversation with the guide say return to a capital city and return the beacon to a earthen ring elder

It is the 'Inform the elder' step

The elder give you a recuring quest. Got 1650 xp for inform the elder
