it's 24,21 , well the instructions above say it all actually, if u see the glowing table, it's the first pillar to the north, really easy:P

This was really easy. If you look down and see a village type place with the walls around it, its there. Dont GO IN IT THOUGH. just look around the outside and you'll see it. THe glowing table thing is hard to see, but if you see a village, go check it out.

just swim to the underwater village in the vile reef. the first wall you see will have the tablet. one faceing the glowing table w/ two mobs next to it. and one on the opposite side of the wall.

i went there and grabbed it without any aggro... lvl 33 mage. soloed. easiest xp ever.

24,23 Its just on the outside ot the North Wall. Easiest Elite quest ever, just stay on the outside and you don't have to fight one mob.

Did at lvl 32 with a hunter, found it, swam down behind the wall, took it = gg

This object is NOT dropped by MOBs. It is located in the object labled: "Gri'lek the Legend" or some such. Underwater in the Vile Reef at
(24, 23), there is a glowing blue alter and the tablet is behind that.
