If you need these to cook all those tiger meats you've been finding in Stranglethorn Vale into Ragoût de la jungle, you can conveniently buy apples from either Aubergiste Thulbek at Grom'gol (for Horde) or the camp trader Caporal Bluth in the Rebel Camp (for Alliance). Sadly, you cannot buy them in Booty Bay.

One place for Horde to get Pomme rouge brillante is from the Huran Dos-hirsute and Chaman Dos-hirsute in the Brambleblade Ravine (eastern most) section of Red Cloud Mesa (the Taurean starting area).
