Very usefull for 19 twinks against warlocks and shadow priests.

I am lvl50 Mage and since lvl38 I have always this potions activated(it lasts 1hour). I do so because it's very helpfull vs. the dreaded Warlocks/Shadowpriests who are my worst enemys. This cheap pot absorbs a few Dots or at least a Mindblast/Shadowbolt and it gives me the edge to PWN their overpowered asses. I have over 120 Grave moss in my bank waiting to be turned into shadow pots :)

Frost Protection Potion
Use: Absorbs 1350 to 2250 frost damage(1800 average).

Fire Protection Potion
Use: Absorbs 975 to 1625 fire damage(1300 average).

Nature Protection Potion
Use: Absorbs 1350 to 2250 nature damage(1800 average).

While this:

Shadow Protection Potion
Use: Absorbs 675 to 1125 shadow damage(900 average).

May I ask WHY?

Hi,I am still trying to get this potion recipe,ive been to astenvale a few times but had no luck :(..
how often does the recipe take to be sold once a player has bought it? thanks

This had some serious damage done to it as did all the protection potions on the last update they changed the duration to 2 mins

Yeah no kidding. 2 minute duration plus a shared cooldown with health/mana pots basically means this is just an up-front health pot.

That's a HUGE nerf to protection potions. BOO!
