He was soloable as a level 66 felguard warlock. I just kept corruption and CoA on him while I spammed health funnel.

He was surrounded by 9 Talbuk when I found him, but they did not help him when I attacked.

Spawns in front of his herd, and is always found near them. Also, is immune to fear, hamstring, frost nova, etc.

Soloable as a level 65 Full frost mage, Full use of shields ice block and blink to kite him while your pet tears him up, making sure that when he turns on your pet you take advantage and frostbolt etc.

Easily soloable for Druids, Paladins and Shamans. Immune to roots and snares but can be stunned.

Has a particularly annoying knockback he can spam or sometimes not use at all. Gores for 70 dmg/tick (insignificant).

Did this at 68 as a 40/0/19 mage. Pull with frostbolt, kite with ice lance, fireblast when clearcast procs. Blink when it's up. He has a knockback attack (talbuk strike) which thankfully knocked me in the direction I was already going. Don't know if I just got lucky or if it would do this every time, but this was the only time he touched me the whole fight. Pull south to the road north of Oshu'gun, then east towards Telaar.

Edit: I suggest not doing this. Still waiting on a response from Blizzard, but every time I do this I am unable to loot him. Logging out and back in does not fix the problem, either.

Warlocks: if you are enslaving Felguards from Forge Camp: Hate to solo these bosses, you may notice they resist and break a ton, at least that's what it seemed to me.

I switched to Forge Camp: Fear to get one and no resists, alot less breaks.

Locks, u can use the Felguard (enslaved 67 elite) to kill all four of the elites for the last four quests. I did it at 65.

Bach'lor and his herd of 9-10 Talbuk spawn at 26, 52 on a 4 minute respawn timer.
The Talbuk's that spawn with Bach'lor are level 64-66, are non-aggressive, and do not help Bach'lor when he is pulled (as long as he is pulled AWAY from the herd, if you pull him while amongst the Talbuk they will agro to you).
Beware the patrolling Mountain Gronn's and occasional Living Cyclone.

Excellent place to AOE grind/powerlevel a Prot Paladin with an out of party healer.
A 70 Druid healer with skinning is best imho.

Soloable for a hunter.
Soloed Bach´lor as a level 64 BM Hunter with full green/blue TBC items. Kited him all way in to Zangarmarsh.
My tips: Only use Arcane shot ;)

If you're a hunter do not kite him too far away or you wont be able to loot it. Stay near Maghar Procession if you're a horde go around in circles.

For Demonology Locks:
Pull with a Rank 1 spell to get him away from his Yellow followers who get drawn with pets AoE (I used CoR)
/petattack to gain aggro when safe.
Health Funnel
Apply CoA, Corruption
Health funnel
Renew Corruption
Health Funnel
Renew CoA

Basically, heal your pet and renew DoTs with the emphasis on HEAL YOUR PET. Take it slowly.

He has about 23k hp, killed me, as a L67 lock with 8k hp in about 15 seconds, the npcs with him don't get involved.

Hit was 800-900 dmg, crit over 2200.

Took a few minutes but solo'd him easily. Lvl 67 warlock (demon spec). Just life drain, health funnel, dot stack. If he aggro's you half way through just hit soul shatter and you're good to go the rest of the way. I have about 7k hp and 9k mana. Nothing spectacular about my gear.

Found him right beside Altruis the Sufferer. Loc was roughly 27, 44 Nagrand.

Solo'd as a 67 shadow priest. Average gear, just dotted and kited. Used a mana pot and my nifty stopwatch to keep out of range. Just be careful not to let him de-aggro. Also solo'd Banthar and Gutripper.

While he is soloable, it's probably a better idea to get at least one other person to help you out with him. If you don't get help from asking in General chat, start sending whispers to ppl. You'll usually come across someone who's willing to help, and if not, then offer a small amount of gold to them for their time.

Bach'lor is found on the western side of Nagrand and is followed by a herd of talbuks. Those talbuks don't attack unless they're attacked first, so you don't have to worry about aggroing them when you go after Bach'lor.

This quest is easily soloable for locks. Just go enslave one of the lovable Felguard Legionaires and have it kick the $%^& out of him. Just stand there throwing on a few dots, he doesnt last long.

Solod him as a lvl 68 feral druid. I used cat form too, no bear (tanking) form. I only had to heal once, though I could have killed him in the end with little HP left.

soloed as a 66 mage cast pyro then fire blast and run alog road kiting him with firblas and blinking i have 60 pvp gear soi only have 13 sec CD on blink but just kite with fireblast and blink might need one healing pot or mana (best is healthstone and a mana pot)

Just tried it as a 66 Prot Pally...got him to 1/4 health using bubble, but had to run cause i was out of mana. I'm gonna try this bastard again with a pot and LoH.

Edit: Turns out the mana pot was all I needed...didn't even have to LoH.

I was fighting this guy and about half way through the process of killing him i was attack by an aged clefthoof so i cast my trents on him which have a 3 min cooldown and finished killing bach'lor

well at about the time my trent spell's cooldown was up i saw the guy wandering around again

so i would say it is safe to say that Bach'Lors respawn time is UNDER 3 Minutes

As a hunter, i've killed Bach'lor 3 times via kiting. Each time I've been unable to loot, even tho sparkles appear, and loot icon is visible, but I hang for 20 seconds if I try to loot... Anyone know why this might be happening? I'm able to kite Banthar no trouble, and Gutripper is obviously too fast.

he's very easy to kill - i took him down with my rogue (lvl 68 or 69, i can't remember exactly) pretty quickly and i dodged all the time (evasion rules) so he made me like 1k dmg :)

solo'd last night as a 69 combat swords rogue with so-so gear. Had to blow all my cooldowns in order to do so. I was using Instant Poison on both weapons, an elixir of major agility, clefthoof food buff (has +20 str instead of stam) and 2 scrolls.

I started with a CS to get the 2 combo points. Then I tried to quickly build up 5 points, and used sunder armor. I think this is really what helped me a lot. 5pt Kidney Shot is also very useful and helps you survive longer than SnD or evis. Use your adrenaline rush to help you quickly build up these 5 combo points when you need them. i would pop dodge as soon as CS wears off, so that you dont waste a single second of it by using it at the end.

also note that he is immune to blind, so you can't bandage in the middle if you get low on health.

if you want to guarantee doing this on the first try, get another person to help you. but with buffs and cooldowns you can solo it with some luck.

Pretty easy to solo as a feral druid at 67, just had to pop out to heal once (potted first so he didn't rape me in the meantime).

Just keep up a 5 stack of lacerate and mangle, Demo shout and Faerie fire to make your life easier. Throw in some mauls if you're high on rage.

I managed to solo this one as a 66 Feral Druid.
Open in Cat, QUICKLY drop a dot on him then heal up and bear. This one is the hardest of the 3 Nesingwary elites. He has a powerful bleed and will charge at you, doing a ton of damage. Even had to use a pot. But managed to kill it eventually by turtling the fight in bear and timing the bash + heal.

Hard kite, im a survival hunter. I did as the guy down there stated and turned off growl, worked well to about 36% when i ran into the 3 mounted Brokens, got dazed, but detterance, Readiness, FD and anotehr Deterrance saved my ass, kited him a bit more with a dead pet and 1k HP left lol, hard fight.

Got him (in a set with the other two, thanks to the party) with myself (Gnome warrior, fury, but I tanked it), two rogues and a gnome mage. Didn't even need to heal for any of the three :)

Got it as a well-equipped 66 Feral Druid. Hard fight. Took me a couple of tries due to Alliance, adds, bad luck and mistakes ...

I didn't even bother with cat. Just pop heals and charge in bear. He's immune to roots, so make sure you can live from Bash to Bash.

Easy to solo as a 67 warlock, just run up to Forge camp fear/hate and enslave a 67(Elite) demon and run down and kill him. :)

Seems to be bugged for me. I've kited him to his death twice. (Would have been three times, except for the cowardly rogue that ganked me when I had him at about 15%.) Pretty easy. The problem is that when he dies, I can't loot him. The sparkles are there, showing he can be looted, but when I try to loot, my char does the kneel animation for about 20 seconds, then I get a message that I don't have permission to loot.

Level 66 BM Hunter with so-so quest reward gear. Took me two tries, but I was able to down him solo. My offensive pet died on me both times despite Mend Pet, but the second time my pet died, Bach'lor only had 15-20% HP remaining, so I was able to wear him down while keeping my distance. Didn't have a health or a mana potion on hand, so it was a bit of a hassle all around, though. I'd consider bringing along a friend to help. Happy hunting!
