I ended up buying this on the AH for 3.5 gold and gave it to my gf. i was like this sure is cheap for a blue recipe. i also bought teh xtreme spell power plus recipe for another 2 gold. goes to show you, always check the AH for steals.

I was fishing in Western Plaguelands and caught this Schematic.

I too fished it once in STV. It came out of a Mithrill bound box from one of the schools that are around. I fish there regularly and have only seen it once (i fished over 100 of these boxes)

It dropped also once from a Enraged Earth Elemental in the southwest of badlands. But i dont have any idea about the droprate

The thing is, these goggles can be worn by 29 twinks, whereas the Spellpower Goggles Xtreme Plus CAN'T because it's not possible to level engineering that high until a higher level.
