Located at the top of the stairs of the temple.

This one is found on the top of the tempel. Go up the stairs and look on the left side. It's a standing stone, about teh size of a dwarf, standing between two mobs.

Just a note on strategy. If you're using stealth/prowl/etc. in, grab the 4th tablet first then the third because once you grab the third you will be "in combat" (not actually being attacked, mind you. At least I wasn't being attacked) and you won't be able to re-stealth. I ran this as a druid in cat form. Just ran my way out. Didn't actually get attacked by anything (arrows) until back at the bottom of the stairs.

Also didn't encounter any elites, so not sure what the elite rating of the quest was about.
