At a first glance, this seem like the better choice if you're above lvl 60. The recepies don't drop from the higher lvl price!

Turned 5 in, got a 32 green, 35 green, 2 green 200 recipes, 12 slot pack, and a 31 blue (blue and the pack were together).

I spent about 1G to make all of the items i need to get 5 tickets and this is what was in my bag:

All I got from my Lesser Darkmoon Prize was a fricking Citrine worth about 20s in the AH.

My groupmate got a 12-slot bag that sells for 2g.

Citrine isn't even on the list of rewards. Like I said, I got totally gypped.

As an engineer you can make tickets sooooooo easily, i only spent about 5g and got 60 tickets, and that ebcause i was in a rush and brought the mats instead of mining them, i got a bunch of high lvl green items , well worth it if you ask me!

This was my first time at the Faire and I decided to try my luck at the "Lesser Darkmoon Faire Prize".

The first time I got "Knight's Bracers of the Gorilla (+5INT/+4STR), which was perfect because I was still wearing Patterned Bronze Bracers and was looking for a good Paladin wrist item with INT on it!

The second time I got "Aurora Boots" and "Mercenary Blade of the Monkey" (yes, TWO items in that one). The boots I'll most likely sell, but the sword is just a little better (IMO) than my Jade Serpentblade (and is wicked looking, like a giant copper-colored War Knife). Hmmm, I may keep that...

All these items are 30-31 level, which works well as I am 35 currently.

I am definitely encouraged to do this a few more times!
