If you get a Logistics quest you don't like, can you drop it and get another one?

If you finish the logistics can you go back and finish the others or is it one shot for the quests?
I have decided to collect everything I can first, then sign up for the logistics. I hate trying to grind all the time. I had most of the materials together anyway since I was a blacksmith and I had the most of the needed alts. i also collected the materials for the things i couldn't make or get from alts and posted a trade request. It was really sweet to have someone do it for trade.
