nice thing to have when tanking for even more increased treat along with revenge.
And having battle shout w/3 set wrath bonus along with battle shout book will help me do damage while tanking.

Does anyone know if you can get rank 9 after you respec or do you lose it forever?

Why would you lose it if you respec ? HS is not a talent, its a skill. No matter how many times you respec you wont lose ranks or skills. You only lose talents e.g. MS

this is really worth getting 20 people together and doing Ruins of Ahn Quiraj. ever class has a chance to get this and some nice epics drop =) its a win win situation.

ok, if u r a 2h arms warrior, (after the 2.0 patch) all u use is Mortal stike and Whirlwind. Dont waste ur rage on this. But if ur Fury, i dont know because personally i dont like fury that much. But even if u are, u should be using Bloodthirst. This is nearly worthless to me because i never use heroic strike

Well if you rememeber that threat is also based on damage, and the increased damage from the new rank would create more threat alone so you could say yes it does do more threat

I just got my hands on this for 125g. Does anyone know if this raises the base threat? I know it raises threat a bit from dmg increase.

its hard to say if the threat is increased i pull a lot of agro to begin with :)

Controversial take, but I would probably advise against DPS Warriors learning this book, as the additional threat gain is substantially higher than the extra damage over Rank 8.
