Its better to get your epic set in quests Why?

1. Before exspantion when you complete this quest you get money. if it were a drop. Nothing.

2. If done after exspantion + EXP!

Les échos de la guerre Is the pre requisite quest needed to turn this piece in. You get the quest from Commandant Eligor Portelaube located inside lights hope chapel.

I looked in the comments of various pieces and didn't find the answer I was looking for so I figured I'd share it here.
