See, this desecrated stuff is used to make Baron Rivendare's Mount drop. Collect the whole set, reach exalted with both Argent Dawn AND Wildhammer Tribe and kill him on the first Monday after the second Tuesday of the month. He'll drop it 100% of the time.

those are for the quest for the tier 3 raid set for warriors and rougues, if u finish all the quest for the rougue teir 3 quests u get the entie set, its much better than bloodfang!

Les échos de la guerre Is the pre requisite quest needed to turn this piece in. You get the quest from Commandant Eligor Portelaube located inside lights hope chapel.

I looked in the comments of various pieces and didn't find the answer I was looking for so I figured I'd share it here.
