For Paladins who chose to go with the spellcrit/spelldamage Natasha's reward instead of the healing one by mistake, this is a stellar choice. Very easy to get the materials for, and while the HP/Sec is interesting, it's not the strong point of this piece compared to its chunk of stamina, mp5, and decent healing.

Unfortunately I don't think it's that common, as a guildmate apparently asked people for a month before he realized that I knew how to make it.

Does this effect stack? I mean, if 2 healers in the same group uses this at the same time, will the group get hp from both pendants?

When you die the effect goes away I suppose?

If you are a min/maxer. This is the second best healing priest necklace outside of 25-man raid content. The PvP reward neck ( https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=33068 ) is better but will take significantly longer to attain.

In my experience the pattern seems somewhat uncommon, so if you get it, this could be a bread and butter AH item for a JC.

If i have 2 of those, do they share CD? Or can i use one, then replace it with an other and start new CD?

I used this necklace until late SSC / The Eye with few complaints, other than it being the last blue I had left. It's a solid, dependable choice, though I constantly forgot to use the on use buff. Indeed, my pendant still has 6 charges remaining after months of use.

its too ridiculoustly close to Ethereal Healing Pendant which is from a level 62 quest. IMHO not worth the 100g+ you'll be spending on mats, when you can get something better from higher level quests or from instances like arcatraz

None of the buffs from the JC necks stay on when you unequip the item.

6 HP/sec is nothing considering the damage even trash mobs deal in Karazhan e.g. It would be much better if it were an additional MP reg. But the necklace is nice by itself. Just got one crafted.

What this description is missing is the most important line: 10 Charges. So, after 10 uses the 'on use' ability is no more.

It's pretty expensive to make to only be able to use it 10 times.

it does only have 10 cgarges but i wanna know if you use it if you can take it off and still have buff and if you use all the charges do you only loose the charge ability?

I noticed that a lot of the Jewelcrafted items with "Use" spells like this one have charges. Does that mean when you've used the ten charges the necklace is gone, or it just can't cast that "use" anymore? Or can it be 'recharged'?

this item has a 1 hour cooldown and 10 charges... you use it once, you can't use for another hour and you use it 10 times its no longer usuable
the buff isn't all that amazing considering the massive health everyone has now but its still a nice item

Use: Restores 6 health per second to nearby party members for 30 min.

6hp every 1 second for 30 mins
1 min = 60 seconds
60 seconds x 30 mins = 1800 seconds
1800 seconds x 6hp = 10800hp
10800 hp x 5 party members = 54,000 extra healing for 30 minutes.

Too bad the chances your teammates will constantly be loosing HP and needing to regain it for the full 30 minutes are slim but this is still kinda nice if your guild is really serious about pushing every raid slot to the max, you could use this before each boss in Karazhan and still have enough charges for 2 wipes? +540k healing on the healmeters for just that one raid slot. If you mine a lot in instances these mats should not be hard to come across.

Can you pretty much just use the charge 9 times if you wanna just keep it for the stats since many healing necklaces dont have any stam on them?

I used the charge before the boss and we wipe after 30sec GG

The item will not disappear after the charges are gone. You just will lose the 'regen 6 health per party member' buff of the necklace.

This is still a pretty great neck for healers who have no chance at better.

If you use the item and give the buff to party members then equip a different neck does the buff still stay on people? Or if they get moved to a different group do they keep the buff? Or do people moved into the group get the buff but at only the remaining time left on the original cast?
Can multiple peopke in the party have this neck and cast it to stack it? Min/Maxxing power gamers want to know! The questions aoout charges are rather pedantic, most people figured out how charges worked pre-BC since there were items then with them, noobs :)
Seems to me these are the important questions.

why does this have to have charges! makes it a hard choice to use if u dont have the 100g in my realm to get another, but still great for Stam, i dont know many others quite nice as this.

This is a quality item for pala, should only use the charges rarely anyway.
if you need to use the charge often then you arent really good at group. perhaps a touch of leeroy.
stamina and int boost is respectable and if you are lucky enough to make this and know where to get the mats then it is a super little money earner.
