The hunters are only at the forward post. As you leave through the south entrance to Telaar, head head south east to the little bunch of hills there. The hunters are all over the south side of the hill, opposite of the Jump-a-tron.

Don't be an idiot like me and go all the way to the Burning Blade Ruins and kill the entire population of ogres looking for the plans =)

On a small hill with a campfire off of the road on the right, quarter way around the mountain, saw one ogre there, killed him, it dropped. Maybe I got lucky.

lol wow im a noob .. this took me forever b/c i wasen't looking for the hunters >.< but i got it on my 2nd hunter kill :)

Hunter drops it. You will notice Lump sleeping. If you get close to Lump he will awaken and then you beat him down to about 20% health and he will talk to you. This is for next part of quest. If this happens, run back, turn in real quick, then go back and Lump will still be willing to talk. He will not reset quickly.

I was thinking, "Oh great its gonna take forever to get a drop from a kill quest, but I started killing and hey, it dropped second kill!

I got this on my first kill of a hunter. just go to the south of the mound and theres a hunter ungaurded... hes a few yrds from lump south he was an easy kill.

dropped at second kill the drop rating is 50% cause u nee to kill 2 mobs and the coordinates are 62.72
