This container is received after looting the pumpkin that spawns after doing the Headless Horseman event in Goldshire, Kharanos, and Azure Watch. The event involves putting out the fires (with the buckets of water you get from the water barrel) that the Horseman throws onto the buildings and eventually killing him. (Dont worry he's a level 11 non-elite)

When you loot, or "smash" the pumpkin (only one time per event) this pops into your inventory and inside you get various seasonal items. Ex. masks, costume wands, weighted jack-o-lanterns, and candy.

Part of the Hallow's End festival.

Looted from a giant pumpkin that spawns once the headless horseman village event is completed. This takes place every 4 hours in Brill, Durotar and Falconwing Square for the Horde. Mine contained

A second one yielded a Flimsy Human Female Mask instead of candy corn, so presumably you have a chance for every mask.

Do you have to put out the flames in order to the pumpkin to spawn? I've done it two times in Brill and there's been no pumpkin...

You are instructed to "Smash the Pumpkin" and then as you loot it are told it's the greatest day you've ever known.

Dropped when the Headless Horseman (who is attacking a town) dies.

Gave me: Flimsy Male Tauren Mask, Rickety Magic Broom, and 5x Weighted Jack-O-Lantern
