Can you only see him, or get the quest for the quiver if you already have the leaf from MC?
i thought about getting the quiver for style reasons, but i never made the hunter-epic-quest, nor i have the leaf.

Have to go to MC and it starts with the leaf from there you travel to Felwood and stand on top and talk to the petrified ancients in the water....but you can ONLY talk to them with the leaf, no clear as to what the drop rate is with the leaf, some say 100% off of rag others speculate differently......

From there you are given the quest to get the Mature Blue Dragon Sinew

and if your like me and did it ass backwards....then you need to get to MC.....

Just got my Hunter to lvl 60.. I have the sinew for Hastat (quiver). I got it from AH. Do I need to kill the dragon so I can talk to this guy or just have the sinew and all should be ok? Just asking....

Understand this now:
1.You go to MC
2.You kill Majordomo
3.He maby drop The Patrefied Leaf
4.You roll need
5.Say that u win it, then u go to Fellwood.
6.Deliver the Q
7.you get Q to Get the blue dragon sidue or what it was called again.
8.It drops from Azuregos, so you kill him and it drops
9.Then You roll need. If you get you go back to fellwood and deliver the Q.

Then you get the lovely 18 slot Epic Quiver.
The leaf is also used to start the Q for getting the Lhok`delar and the Rhok`delar.

Then you have to kill 4 demons in fellwood.
They deal alot of damage; like 5000 crit on 1 hit.
So its like a Hunter test that you are wourthy The epic bow and staff. the whole test is working like you shall have to keep them away from you like a Hunter shall in combat.
Then you deliver Q to same person.

Then you shall make the Bow.
Thats the same Q as Azuregos but its Onyxia.

The demons are not in Felwood.

The demons you have to kill are in Winterspring, Burning Steppes, Un'Goro Crater, and Silithus.

The Ancient Petrified Leaf (as spoken of before) does in fact drop from the chest that appears after you defeat Majordomo in Molten Core (which is a 40 man raid instance). If you obtain the leaf you must go to Felwood and speak with the ancients there (map location given). At this point you must kill the 4 demons in Winterspring, Burning Steppes, Un'Goro Crater, and Silithus in order to receive the bow/staff. After you slay the demons there are more steps to the quest. To get the quiver you must simply talk to the ancients and bring them the Mature Blue Dragon Sinew.

note: the Ancient Petrified Leaf is required for any of these quests to begin.

the sinew is quite simple
the dragons in WS near the cave to the east of everlook (elites only) drops this sinew , its got a 1/1000 drop rate so it might take ya a couple hours =P

I don't get it, do you absolutely NEED the leaf in order to talk to this dude, or what? With all the BC crap going on, it's like impossible to get a lvl 60 MC raid in anymore, so I pray to god that I don't need the leaf

there is a simple solution to all this. there is a rare equivelent to this quiver for both horde and alliance. for horde all it requires is honored with Mag'har and 10g or so. simple. 18 slot quiver with 15% speed. exact same thing with so much less hassle.

This is damn near impossible to get. Your not going to MC anymore or will you find group for it, unless your in a really good guild. There's two other options that work just as good. Get Revered with AV and buy it there 10 AV marks, and 1500 Honor points, or get honored with mag'har in outlands and pay 10g. The option is up to you but I'd go with the easier one which is getting honored with mag'har. A few quests and turn in some obsidan beads and your good to go. Just because its purple doesn't mean your a better player, just means you've had better chances, or you did this quest pre BC.

Hia, what you need to do, is to go to the "island" in the middle of the green lake. There walk to the highest top of the little pile thats there, then you will spawn them :) Good luck and have fun on your hunter quests :)
