One of two vendors found in ZA through the rescuing of frogs via Amani Hex Stick. The other one is Gunter.

This vendor particularly sells Super Mana Potions and Super Healing Potions for relatively cheap. The respawn on this vendor is still unknown, it's speculated that the respawn timer varies based on whether or not you're in original raid currently, to prevent farming of these items.

From what i have noticed the respawn is ~30-90 minutes. (while in original raid)

NPC in the all new, Zul Aman.

Can be free'd by using those anti hexxor items dropped from random ZA mobs on the frog critters all around ZA

Alright, so we got this guy to spawn for us and the hollow bone decanter was bought, does anyone know if it will restock at all before the reset? I'm doubtful, but might as well ask.

i just got it off him and went back about 10mins later and he had gone

the NPCs run up to the front of the instance after a certain time. they stay there to cheer you on after you wipe and are running back through the beginning of the instance upon rezzing.
