According to me, this quest is not worth the effort : 0.1% drop rate and you need 10 ! you will have to kill hundreads ... for a few golds, 250 rep and about 10,000 xp (same as most of quests in Zangarmarsh). Do some other quest, cause this one can take hours to complete.

Actually, in this case, the AddOn is apparently correct. Take a look at how many of them have come as part of that. In addition, I ended up collecting one directly from one of the Bog Lords. I was pretty confused, as a matter of fact; I picked up 9, and yet I had 10 in my inventory. But after talking to a GM (because I had thought things glitched), it was confirmed that yes, the mobs *do* drop them. Albeit VERY rarely, apparently.

I killed 15 or 20 and nothing, then I started looking around and there were some green glowing logs on the ground. 5 minutes later, done.

Yes, the image at the top points to these being drops. never had one drop, however they're laying all over the ground. As said previously, glowing green.

Aliments abandonnés is a quest related item - you need to collect 10 pieces to complete Un problème de gloutonnerie quest.

Make your way to the east of the Cenarion Watchpost to Quagg Ridge location. Aliments abandonnés can be found on the ground within the location.
You may avoid all roaming bog lords as they don't drop any quest items so you will only spend time to kill them and get nothing in back.
